The TotalEnergies BWF World Championships is an annual prestigious badminton tournament where the best men and women players compete on the center world stage for the title of 'world champion'.
There are five categories: men and women's singles, men and women's doubles and mixed doubles.

The Draw Event took place on 10 August 2022, 3pm (+8:00 UTC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The event determined the players' order of play at the TotalEnergies BWF World Championships 2022.
